Wills, Trusts, and Probate -  Preparation of Wills and Trusts and ancillary documents such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney.  We help clients in handling Estates.   We probate Wills, and work with Independent Administrations and Dependent Administrations and Proceedings to Determine Heirship.   We can prepare Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney, along with Directives To Physicians (which many people call "Living Wills") and Declarations of Guardians.

Family Law -  Divorce, both uncontested divorce and contested divorce; Moification of prior Orders, Enforcement of Orders, and Name Changes.  We also represent clients at family law mediations.

Business Formation and Litigation -   We have extensive experience in preparing all necessary documents to form your new corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership.  We also prepare necessary documents, including Certificates of Formation, Certificates of Dissolution, Shareholder Agreements, Management Agreements, and Bylaws, for the proper governance of your corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership.   We also advise corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships on issues such as a sale of the business, a change in ownership, and dissolution and winding up of the business.

Real Estate -  We prepare Real Estate Contracts, Deeds, Leases, and Sale Contracts, all of which are personalized to your particular situation.   We can review your Earnest Money Contracts and Commitments for Title Insurance issued by your Title Company and leases.  We represent clients at real estate closings and advise you on the numerous and complicated real estate closing documents. We work with both residential real estate and commercial real estate matters.

Mediation - Joel Holm is an experienced and Certified Mediator in both Divorce and Family Law matters and in Civil Litigation disputes.
