Wills, Trusts, and Probate -  Preparation of Wills and Trusts and ancillary documents such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney.  We help clients in handling Estates.   We probate Wills, and work with Independent Administrations and Dependent Administrations and Proceedings to Determine Heirship and Muniments of Title.   We can prepare Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney, along with Directives To Physicians (which many people call "Living Wills") and Declarations of Guardian In The Event of Later Need.

        We can help you with your probate matter, whether your loved one died testate (that is with a Will) or intestate (that is without a Will). 

        One of the most important things you can do for your own peace of mind as well as helping to assure that your property passes to the people you want it to go to after your death is to have an up to date and properly drafted Will or Trust.   Events change in people's lives as time passes and it is a very good idea to have your Will of Trust reviewed with your attorney every few years to be sure these documents will still accomplish your objectives given the changes in your life circumstances.  Having a valid, up to date Will makes things much easier for your loved ones after your death.  

      Another thing you can do for your own peace of mind as well as helping out your loved ones is to have up to date Durable Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney.   Life situations can occur or change suddenly and it is best to have these documents executed in advance of these situations.
